To attach media to a message, simply click to reply to the message, then click the "Attach Media" button and select from your media materials.
You can upload videos or documents from your workstation. Any videos or documents from your existing Company media materials can also be attached to a message.
When a candidate applies to an opportunity, all Opportunity co-administrators will have visibility to that message thread and have the ability to reply.
When media is recorded or uploaded it goes through a screening process to flag any inappropriate content. This process may take several minutes. Please be patient.
If your media status displays as suspended, your media was flagged or deemed to contain inappropriate content.
You may upload videos and documents (photos can be uploaded in your photo album). The file types Recruit supports are as follows:
Video: .mp4, .mpeg, .mpg, .m2v, .ismv, .wmv, .webm, .avi, .mod, .ts, .vob, .xesc
Documents: .pdf, .docx, .doc, .pptx, .ppt
Your videos should be 15 seconds to 10 minutes in duration.
Currently, Recruit supports Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox for web based video recording.
All images are moderated prior to being published for others to see. Until the image has been reviewed, the status shows as "Pending Approval." An image can be suspended if it is flagged as unsuitable by recruit moderators or the community at large.
You may have up to 100000 images in your photo album. Images can be deleted to make room if required.
To delete a photo, click the "Edit" button and select the X in the top right corner of the photo you want to delete. Be sure to click "Save" when you're done.
To rearrange your photos, click the "Edit" button and then use your mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen to drag each photo to its desired location within your album. Be sure to click "Save" when you're done.
To edit your Photo Album cover, click the "Select album cover" button, click the photo in your album which you would like to have as your album cover, then click "Select image for your cover." On the Crop Album Cover screen, you can use your mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen to crop and/or zoom in on your photo. Note: the location of your mouse pointer will change the focal point when zooming.
